PocketRoles is public

The first version of PocketRoles, a role mod for Among Us, is out: v0.4.0. It is free to use.

What it is

• Only the person who creates the room (the host) installs the mod.
• Everyone else joins with the Among Us they already have on PC, phone or Switch, by entering the room code.
• There are 13 roles (Sheriff, Mayor, Snitch, Jackal, Jester and more). Each player learns their role privately, through the name tag and chat.
• Notices come in Japanese, Chinese and English. There is also a feature that translates foreign-language chat.

Tools for the host

• The lobby timer is always shown and extended automatically. Games can also start automatically.
• There are keys for Haison (F7), ending a meeting (F8) and more.
• A launcher you can hand to friends installs the mod, checks for updates and launches the game.

Getting players

• Rooms with roles are registered as mod rooms, as Innersloth's mod policy requires. Registered rooms do not appear in the public room list.
• Share the room code on Discord or elsewhere.

What you need

• Windows 10 / 11 and the Steam version of Among Us. Players do not need to install anything.
