Aegis tray app: checks your PC before launch

v0.5.4 adds the Aegis tray app. It is separate from the mod: it starts when you open the launcher and stops when you close it.

Checks before launch

• When the launcher opens, it checks 12 items (game version, BepInEx, the mod's fingerprint, other plugins, injected DLLs, Secure Boot, TPM 2.0, running cheat tools and more).
• It checks again right before you press "Launch". If it finds something that leads to cheating (unknown plugins, injected DLLs, running cheat tools, test signing or debug mode, a modified mod), it stops the launch and shows the cause and the fix for each item. Secure Boot and TPM only give a warning.
• The list of cheat tool names comes from GitHub each time the launcher opens.
• It only looks at this PC's files and the list of running apps. It does not touch other games or apps, and it uses no drivers.
• After the check it sits in the Windows notification area. When Aegis removes someone or finds something during a game, it shows a notice at the bottom right of the screen.

Stronger Aegis in the game (unregistered rooms)

• Removed on the second time: chat flooding (5 messages in 3 seconds), speed hacks (faster than 2.5 times the set speed for 2 seconds).
• Only told to the host: renaming, changing color during a game, venting from too far away and more.

Re-creating high-ping rooms

• Right after you create a room, while nobody has joined yet, if the ping stays above 80 ms for 5 seconds, it asks whether to re-create the room. With no answer in 15 seconds, it re-creates the room by itself.
• In v0.5.4 this was on by default. v0.5.5 turned it back off by default.
